Secretariat
SEVT's permanent secretariat, based in Athens, maintains close contacts with Greek and European international institutions and is a major partner in consultations on all issues affecting Greek Food and Drink industry. The secretariat coordinates the work of the experts though its Committees and Expert Groups around five themes: Competitiveness, Research & Innovation, Food Safety, Nutrition & Enviromental Sustainability.

Scientific Committee
The Scientific Committee consists of 16 very experienced members coming from the companies of SEVT. The committee follows the scientific and legislative issues in the Greek and European area and put proposals to the Board. The Scientific Committee convened 4 times per year in plenum while for the immediate following of important issues and the implementation of the undertaken actions the ‘Coordination Committee’ is convoked monthly. The Coordination Committee consists of 7 Members.
