For its out-of-home (hospitality industry or Horeca customers) and food service customers, the crisis has left them with unprecedented losses as the majority of hotels, restaurants and cafés are temporarily closed.
To help many businesses recover, Nestlé will be offering prompt and pragmatic assistance. The #AlwaysOpenforYou initiative is designed to help businesses and support them as they look to reopen and welcome back their customers, with solutions adapted to their individual needs.
Measures include offering free products (Buondi Craft, Nescafé Classic, Loumidis Papagalos coffees, but also bottled water, S. Pellegrino, Perrier and Acqua Panna), as well as barista and other trainings.
