The goal of the competition is the creation of eco-innovative food product, with a commercial potential. The Greek ECOTROPHELIA contest is organized in two phases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the 1st phase all the submitted proposals are evaluated from the Technical Committee, which is composed by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Antonis Kambanis \u2013 NESTLE HELLAS S.A.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kostas Karavasillis &#8211;&nbsp; COCA COLA HELLAS S.A.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eleftherios Makras \u2013 PAPADOPOULOS S.A.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manolis Repanis \u2013 MELISSA KIKIZAS S.A.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ioannis Smarnakis &#8211; PALLAS S.A.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the evaluation results, the following student teams passed to the 2nd phase:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100px; height: 100px; float: left;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sevt.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/aresi.png\" alt=\"\"><em><strong>1. Kapetanakou<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Product:<\/strong><\/em> Carobites<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sevt.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/300-Optimized.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"width:350px;height:auto\" title=\"The National Judging Panel\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The 9 student teams presented their products to the National Committee which was composed by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Evangelos Kaloussis \/ SEVT President<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Antonia Trichopoulou \/ Professor of the Medical School of the University of Athens<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gregory Antoniadis \/ President of the Hellenic Advertisers Association<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daniele Rossi \/ Member of the ECOTROPHELIA Europe Judging Panel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rodios Gamvros \/ President of SEVT Scientific Committee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In the winning teams awarded the following prizes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1st Prize: 1.200\u20ac and participation to the European contest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2nd Prize: 800\u20ac.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3rd Prize: 500\u20ac.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In the awarding ceremony salutations were given from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>E. Kaloussis \/ SEVT President<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N. Dendias \/ Ministrer of Development and Competitiveness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N. Mitarakis \/ Vice-Minister of development and Competitiveness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ch.
