Its main objective is to increase the awareness and competences of the managers of the Traditional Food Industries SMEs, about Collaborative Food Product Development in order to boost the\u201cintegrated value chain model\u201d of food production, through the cooperation of transnational partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SEVT organized in Athens, on 9th of March 2015, the 4th Project meeting, where discussed in detail the evaluation of the pilot courses and the organization of the training courses and planed the next steps for the successful implementation of the training courses.
