Twelve countries participated involving approximately 45 students. The countries were Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Lithuania, Russia, Slovenia, Spain &amp; Switzerland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The students selected from the 12 countries presented their products to the judging panel composed this of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Michael E. The students are from the University of Ioannina \u2013 Hellenic Open University Patra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ECOTROPHELIA Europe SILVER<\/strong> was awarded to the <strong>French <\/strong>team for the creation of \u201c<strong>Twin Choc<\/strong>\u201d: a chocolate mousse and a fondant cake in a single ready-made dessert. The 4 students are from Bordeaux Polytechnic Institute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ECOTROPHELIA Europe BRONZE<\/strong> was awarded to the <strong>Slovenian <\/strong>team for their creation \u201c<strong>Crunchy Milly<\/strong>\u201d: a breakfast cereal made with millet, milk, honey, nuts, dried fruits and chocolate.
