With its consistent sense of responsibility and the view of effectively supporting our country to face the consequences of this unprecedented crisis time, E.J.PAPADOPOULOS SA announces targeted actions benefiting the sectors of Health, Education and Employment. Health The COVID-19 pandemic had as a result an increased need for respirators in the ICUs of our country. Our company ensured the procurement of 12 immediately available respirators to be provided to the Ministry of Health. The Ministry will allocate them to our country’s hospitals, according to their needs. Moreover, our company proceeded to the procurement of a grey scale sonography system along with a portable radiological equipment, to be dispensed to the Thriasio General Hospital of Elefsina, a coronavirus reference hospital. Education To support the “Distance Learning” Program of the Greek Ministry of Education, our company proceeds through “Junior Achievement Greece” to an endowment that will ensure that 455 portable electronic devices will be distributed to students with no access to the required infrastructure for their online courses. Our people During this extremely difficult period, the front line employees of E.J. PAPADOPOULOS SA (at the production sites, the warehouses, as well as the logistics and sales divisions), demonstrated strong commitment and with joint efforts secured the successful continuity of our company’s mission, to produce and offer safe and high quality products.  As a minimum acknowledgement of their contribution, they will be granted an additional allowance of a total of 1.5 million euros. In the hope that this health crisis will soon come to an end, E. J. PAPADOPOULOS SA affirms that will be actively and constantly present by all means during the recovery of the Greek economy.
