OPEN NEW FOOD is a LEONARDO Project of Transference of Innovation. Its main objective is to increase the awareness and competences of the managers of the Traditional Food Industries SMEs, about Collaborative Food Product Development in order to boost the“integrated value chain model” of food production, through the cooperation of transnational partners.
SEVT organized in Athens, on 9th of March 2015, the 4th Project meeting, where discussed in detail the evaluation of the pilot courses and the organization of the training courses and planed the next steps for the successful implementation of the training courses. The Greek training course will have 5 week duration and its implementation will start in July 2015.
